Tax Liens and letters/bills from the IRS
Reply Quote

Despite having been represented by Mr. Brown for almost two years, the IRS continues to send me letters and tax bills threatening action if the amounts are not paid.  They placed a lien against my house for $96,000.00, and seem to be ignoring the process I've been going through while with Mr. Brown's office.  Even though these missives may be computer generated, they are still frightening and intimidating to get in the mail.  You would think they could flag my account as being currently negotiated and thereby stop these mailings.  It would be nice for the IRS to acknowledge one's efforts in reconciliation by putting a hold on further actions until a final determination is made.

I agree with the statement of these computer generated messages being firghtening and intimidating.  When you try to address the correspondence it's like your reply goes in a dark hole in the universe.  How we stay sain is beyond me.

Any current results?
