IRS Experience:
My name is Sheela Carter January 30, 1987, and I have a child Shelaja Springfield December 19, 2005 and her father Larry Springfield Jr. Febuary 13, 1985 doen't live in my household and he does not pay for any expenses concerning Shelaja Springfield ad he stole her social surcurity card from me and has been claming her on his taxes for the last two years without my permission. I've already filed my taxes for 2008 and did not claim my daughter because he informed me that he'd already used her social so I did not want to use her social also because I didn't think that was aloud. But I need the information on how I can get my "tax return" from Larry Springfield Jr. I also need to know if what he did was a criminal action. Thank You!
