Back Child Support/Injured spouse form
Why do we have to file an injured spouse form if the state is not going to honor it. We have to call this person and send this form to get what we are supposed to receive via the injured spouse form. The Federal IRS honors this form and appiles the proper portion to the arrears and sends the other portion to the injured spouse. What the heck, is Minnesota special or what?
